PSS Singapore is part of the PSS Group – a global recruitment services provider catering to firms in the Lifesciences & Healthcare, Industrials, Consumer Goods , Technology, Financial Services and Professional Services industries.

In 1981, the year of our founding,  we identified a need for high quality middle and senior management executives for growing companies in key Asian economic centres – South East Asia, the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East. We decided to address this need through a comprehensive executive search and leadership consulting service. Over time, we adapted our process to leverage technology and the local expertise of our consultants to offer our clients relevant candidates within short periods of time. These candidates are thoroughly vetted by us for the roles that we present them for.  

Today our consultants are based in offices in important global centres: Singapore, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Dubai and New York City. Our South East Asia search mandates are managed through our Singapore office set up in 2016. We have built a track record of successful senior level searches conducted for our clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam.
